About the role:
- Excellent opportunity to join an industry leading business.
- Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for providing technical support to new and existing clients
- Work closely with each department to gain and maintain an understanding of our capabilities.
What your day may include
- Responding to telephone and website enquires from existing and new customers on technical issues, prices and availability of ATL Composite’s range of products.
- Utilising expert knowledge on ATL Composite products to work with customers in identify their needs to develop and advise on suitable solutions.
- Developing and sustain productive relationships with existing customers.
- Identifying new prospective clients and negotiate sales.
- Maintain and expand customer base through cold calling and site visits
- Monitoring compliance with procedures and work instructions outlined within the Quality Management System.
- Working to a sales budget to achieve your sales targets
Our ideal new addition will have:
- Minimum of 5 years of Technical Sales experience. Experience or history with composite materials and manufacturing would be advantageous.
- Well-developed sales, negotiation & closing skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organisation, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Work effectively within a multi-discipline team environment, including sales, marketing, R&D and production.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
