As an Environment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the SWIFT ISO 20022 application ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that test environments align with testing requirements, remain available, and are stable for use by the testing team. You will work closely with business and project teams to understand the application and infrastructure landscape across multiple releases of the ISO 20022 Program.What you will do:- Work closely with business and project teams to understand the application and infrastructure landscape across multiple releases of the ISO 20022 Phase 2 Program
- Oversee the establishment and management of testing environments across multiple teams within the organisation
- Collaborate closely with both development and testing teams to ensure that necessary environments are created, scheduled, and configured appropriately
- Ensure that test environments align with testing requirements, remain available, and remain stable for use by the testing team
- Coordinate carefully with other programs running in parallel across the organisation
- Identify and resolve issues with test environments, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of environments
- Manage test data effectivelyWhat you bring:- Proven experience in Technical Environment Management is essential
- Understanding of Application and Infrastructure project environment
- Ability to navigate complexity and manage competing priorities
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills; Knowledge & Experience
- Knowledge of System Testing Life cycle
- Experience managing readiness activities and validating pre-requisites in technical integration projects
- Preferred - Experience working in High Value Domestic & International Payment systems. Specifically SWIFT, RTGS, CBPR and ISO 20022Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
