Technical Lead

4impact is seeking an experience Technical Lead to be responsible for technical coordination and leadership throughout design, development and implementation of Check-In Rebuild Project.
You will work in a hybrid environment, including both a spacious Brisbane / Sydney CBD office or a remote location of your choice – we encourage you to get creative and to work where you feel your best!

This role will include: 

• Project Technical Leadership: coordination of all technical roles/leads across the 4 delivery streams (App, Web, Integration, Data). Considering the importance/reliance on integration in this project it is expected that the Integration Lead is well placed to coordinate and lead the Technical Leads from other delivery streams. 
• Integration Stream Technical Leadership: Technical leader of the Integration stream - leading API designers/developers in iterative development of the project Integration scope. 

Experience Required:

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a focus on Java SpringBoot, or similar Java-based frameworks such as Micronaut
• Proven track record of designing and architecting scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems.
• Proficiency with containerized microservices (eg Docker)
• Demonstrated capability in building and managing microservices-based applications.
• Experience in mobile and web application development using backend for frontend architectures would be desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and proficiency in deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
