We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Technical Lead who wants to join us in the deep end with our talented platform group and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge consumer applications.
In this role, you will:
- Work on our technical code and databases and be given the opportunity to build and lead on our platform
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and motivation within your team to continuously enhance the platform all while maintaining our high-quality standards and agile principles.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and designers to architect, prioritize, and iterate over platform functionality, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive innovation and provide a clear technological strategy to guide your team towards success.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a software development role, demonstrating proficiency in various technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud technologies, and SaaS Product development.
- You must be able to deliver strong, efficient, optimised code for new product designs
- You will need to have a creative touch and be driven to present ideas in an entrepreneurial fashion, developing code for new product design
- You will be collaborating with our ML and Data teams to solve problems so good verbal and written communication is imperative
- Comfortable presenting to and working with non-technical and technical peers
- Above all, we are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and enjoys working alongside exceptionally talented peers.
