Location: Perth, Western Australia
Salary: Base + Super + Bonus + Car Allowance
Travel: Occasional travel required, approximately twice per year to Melbourne and a few times per year to northern WA
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in Technical Sales, specifically with process pumps. Experience with process gas compressors is highly advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in the oil & gas sector is essential. Candidates with experience exclusively in water and mining need not apply.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to clients.
- Initiative: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently to drive sales initiatives.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also actively seeking out and engaging with new prospects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
