KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Lead, manage, supervise and develop your team.
- Ensure the planning and delivery of Organization's ICT enterprise solutions meets user's requirements.
- Deliver high level customer focused technical advice and support to all stakeholders ensuring system integrity and performance is maintained at all times.
- Identify, assess and manage/mitigate risk in regards to ICT enterprise solutions in a proactive manner, working within Organization's Risk Management Framework.
- Ensure process and system changes are reflected in all relevant documentation and sound change management and configuration management principles are applied.
- Perform system analysis to identify solution improvements.
- Develop technical content and standards and undertake the development of commercial content of business cases, contract documentation and reports, for ICT related projects in consultation with stakeholders.
- Develop projects and project manage the implementation of new ICT initiatives, as required.
- Demonstrate leadership and enthusiasm to staff within the team and motivate those staff to achieve the performance expected of the division.
- Identify and assist in the solution to any communication and workflow problems observed by suggesting improvements and enhancements to existing systems and processes, in accordance with procedures.
- Undertake other duties and functions as directed, commensurate with current level of skills and classification.
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in managing, supporting or implementing Business and/or ICT applications
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation and maintenance of Enterprise Business Solutions such as Technology One, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Ticketing Tools, HR systems etc.
- Good understanding of various technology components; how applications integrate or interact with one another and with other technological components such as servers, databases etc.
- Possess a high level appreciation of the business wide benefits to be gained from effective enterprise solutions
- Ability to understand and/or define business requirements and translate to technical requirements, solutions, or workarounds.
- Degree in Computer Science
- Possess strong Systems Analysis skills
- Possess strong Communication and Documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform the duties specified
- Strong technical background in ICT and knowledge of ICT Infrastructure, Database technologies (SQL/Oracle) highly desirable.
- Project Management skills with certifications
- Information Technology Library Infrastructure (ITIL) foundation certificate.
