What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage a small team of technical support engineers who provide inverter and ESS Pre Sales, and Post Sales technical support.
- Build and improve the technical support processes/systems for power electronics and energy storage related products.
- Promote PV inverter and ESS products to AU market.
- Closely work with Sales team to achieve commercial success.
- Provide input to product development, understand the macro policies, laws and regulations, industry standards, and technology development trends related to power electronics and energy storage systems, master the cutting-edge technologies, and analyze the industry development trend and competitive situation.
- Establish and optimize power electronics and energy storage system solutions.
- Responsible for developing the related training courses, user manuals, manage product certification processes.
- Accept other tasks assigned by the company.
What you’ll need:
- At least 5 years of management experience in photovoltaic energy storage enterprises or lithium battery-industry.
- Having industry technical experience in photovoltaic power electronics and energy storage systems.
- Having a deep understanding of the solar/new energy industry’s business dynamics and trends.
- Having excellent communication skills, able to communicate in Chinese language has advantage
- Having excellent leadership, team management skills and good professional ethics, be rigorous, pragmatic and have a strong sense of responsibility.
