The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ is seeking an Asset Management Technical Officer to join our team in Chullora 2190. As the Asset Management Technical Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting Veolia's Asset Compliance team.
Your responsibilities will include transforming the company asset data to the next level, allowing Veolia to obtain new insights on how to more efficiently operate its assets, through extracting and cleaning asset data, transforming data, documenting processes, providing end-user training, conducting system testing, and supporting system rollouts.
This role will require regular interstate travel to meet with key stakeholders or support site for their Asset Management Transformation.

- Supporting the system administration and implementation of the Enterprise Asset Management system (EAM).
- Assisting with formulating strategies for data cleansing, KPI metrics, and training matrix.
- Creating procedures, manuals and memos for new maintenance frequencies, changes to manufacturing requirements and data preparation.
- Extracting and analysing data, identifying trends, patterns and inconsistencies.
- Ensure data integrity and usability for relevant stakeholders.
- Documenting meeting minutes and actions.
- Providing technical guidance and assistance to project team members.
- Preparing and maintaining system documentation and management standards.
- Creating and managing invoices, purchase orders and good receipts.
- Driving continuous improvement by seeking innovative solutions to enhance practices and processes.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise asset management (EAM) / computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Maximo, HxGn EAM, Oracle or SAP
- High level organisation, accuracy, prioritisation and problem solving
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
