- $83,879 pa + super (up to 12%) + leave loading
9 day fortnight * 72.5 hour fortnight

Our Asset Management team manages the implementation, review and maintenance of Council's strategic Asset Management practices to ensure Council assets are managed in an integrated and effective manner to meet the needs of the community within the Moreton Bay Regional Council area.
As the Technical Officer you be supporting the development of technical and community levels of service, handling data collection and asset condition analysis, and provide technical input into the development and update of Council's Asset Management plans to achieve Asset Management best practice.
You'll also be:
- Providing technical input into in the identification and development of Asset Management practices and improvements
- Providing technical and general advice to key stakeholders to minimise risk and optimises asset utilisation, asset life and whole of life costs
- Assisting with the identification and development of Asset Management practices and improvements
- Building strong relationships to ensure Asset Management service outcomes and contributing to a positive team environment to achieve a high performance, continuous improvement and customer focused culture.
This is a great opportunity to join the team and support them by sharing your knowledge and experience in Asset Management engineering, experience applying best practice Asset Management methodologies and investigative, analytical and research skills, using a range of software applications.
You'll also have:
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Sound relationship management skills and be able to work in a positive team environment and communicate across all levels
- Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent or demonstrated relevant experience
- Current C class drivers licence is required.
