About the Role
We have a permanent opportunity for a Technical Officer – Scheduling based at our Canning Vale office. As the first point of contact for crews, contractors and the Operations Centre, you’ll be a pivotal player in delivering flawless service to our customers.
Please note – for this position you must be able to work on a roster between 6 am and 5 pm.
You’ll coordinate and organise workflow operations to ensure safe and timely assistance while maintaining the timely dispatch of work orders to achieve service delivery KPIs. Every day, you’ll be the go-to team member for dispatching field crews and contractors while providing overall direction to the service delivery team on achieving monthly targets.
About You
You have considerable experience as a service delivery scheduler, and your stellar administration, coordination, and service delivery skills showcase this.
You constantly promote a safety culture to advocate and drive safety within your team. One Team, Zero Injuries
Your flair for customer service helps you respond to stakeholder enquiries with kindness and confidence, whilst working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team of 5.
Supporting Service Delivery is not new to you, and you can hit the ground running when it comes to PDAs, OMS, SAP, Grange and Maximo.
