Wiser Solutions is looking for an energetic, technically savvy and driven Sales Engineer to join the team. You’ll thrive in this position if you excel at engaging with customers at a tactical and technical level, you are adept at identifying strategic approaches to solving their challenges and you work proactively to co-design solutions with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Essential Functions
- Accompany the Account Executive team on customer calls, to give insights from a technical perspective and provide strategic guidance to the sales process.
- Diagnose prospective customer requirements, answer technical questions, and perform feasibility assessments
- Establish strong rapport with potential and actual customers through excellent communication and customer understanding.
- Build and maintain expertise in product capabilities and opportunities.
- Design and deliver product demonstrations and POCs that match customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Implementation and Operations teams to ensure project delivery as per customer requirements and needs.
- Work closely with product management in identifying customer needs and requirements and validate future feature designs.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with SQL.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in ecommerce is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS sales or customer success is a plus.
- Experience or general knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, Regex is a plus.
