About the role:
Our Channel Services team is looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive the product roadmap across a portfolio of APIs to support digital channels (web, mobile, etc.). Candidates must have prior experience in in designing and building microservices in a large, complex, and high traffic environment.
You'll have:
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar
Demonstrated knowledge of the product lifecycle, experience building and shipping consumer product experiences.
Understanding of the broader digital ecosystem including software development lifecycle, development methodologies (including agile), user experience design, usability and accessibility, online content strategy, etc.
Highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Exceptional people management, collaboration, and communication skills. Written communication that is clear and effective.
A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business.
Experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations.
Experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus.
Experience communicating and rationalising product design decisions.
Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change.
Skilled in working collaboratively with other product teams and chapters.
