Required Attributes:

• Demonstrated experience in effectively delivering and managing changes to a digital

product across an organisation and a commitment to the implementation of best practice
business process improvement and client focused service.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage a small number of specialised

technical staff.

• Highly effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

and engage with stakeholders as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

• Demonstrated high level organisational skills and understanding of project management

and agile methodologies and frameworks.
Required Technical Experience:

• Deep technical knowledge of relevant methodologies, programming languages and

practices, including:
o Working knowledge and experience in serverless application development, specifically
for AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFront, AppSync.
o Good working knowledge and experience of full stack development, including
experience with major JS library/framework such as ReactJS or Angular.
o Experience working with server-side language/framework.
o Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
o Good knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Integration in AWS Infrastructure as Code
(CloudFormation and/or CDK).
o Experience working with TDD, testing principles and experience writing unit tests.
o Experience interpreting and contributing to architectural designs and best patterns.
