MAK Industrial Water Solutions is a national water & waste Water Treatment specialist. MAK Water designs & manufactures a wide range of Water Treatment plants at its Perth workshop, and supports its customers with a network of service teams across Australia.
We are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Water Treatment plants, with a wide range of technologies, and a strong future order book for plants to be installed in Australia and overseas. With branches across Australia we ensure a high level of operational and maintenance support for our clients.
THE ROLE
This exciting role is an opportunity to join the sales team of one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of industrial Water Treatment plants. You will be joining a motivated team of experienced professionals who will support you with on-the-job training and coaching.
The primary focus of this role is to assist growing the Agency Projects business with providing support and assistance for parts and products.
This position will be based at the Hallam Office in Victoria. This role is part time with flexibility to days and hours of work with a committed minimum 16 hours per week.
Reporting to the Technical Manager - Agency Products, the successful applicant will:
- Develop strong relationships with existing and future clients
- Assist with investigating and following up on sales leads
- Communicate with suppliers and customers
- Utilise the CRM system to manage the sales process
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this position, you will:
- Be motivated to achieve sales outcomes
- Strong organisational skills
- Have experiencein sales support role
- Ability to think critically/technically to assist clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with customers and international suppliers
- Have an ability and curiosity to develop knowledge in technical products (technical and on-the-job training will be provided)
