Who we are

I-Charge is an industry expert on Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure in 2016. We are one of only eight EV charging companies globally to be granted OCPP 2.0.1 Core and Advance Security certification for its Charging Station Management System (CSMS) by industry body the Open Charge Alliance. Our solutions served as an integral establishment of the EV evolution across 3 continents for commercial enterprises, government initiatives and Multi-dwelling residential projects. Our operation now expands to Australia with a long term strategic goal to be part of the transforming landscape within the EV industry.

The Role

This is a full-time hybrid role of Technical Sales Manager based in Brisbane with flexibility for interstate travel in accordance to business requirements. Focus of this role include:

  • Work collaboratively with the managing director to establish priorities and objectives to establish strategic plans for the local market.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential target customers for strata title stakeholders, commercial and governmental markets, and establishing industrial partnerships. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand our customer base, leveraging market trends and competitive intelligence. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and our international team to support overall business objectives.
  • Co-ordinate and represent I-Charge at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to effectively establish the branding of I-Charge in Australia.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the Electric Vehicle infrastructure landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team to guide business strategy. Lead the development of business cases for new services and offerings that reflect the changing needs in the market. 

The successful applicant will possess:

  • At least 10 years of experience within a B2B enterprise sales role. Preferences on  governmental selling credentials.
  • Literal and critical thinking capabilities with a natural customer centric focus.
  • Convincing verbal and written communication skills to enrich the customer journey from pre-sales engagements, on-going negotiations, and post-sales implementations to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Self-discipline with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude with zealous energy, self-motivation, personal integrity and an entrepreneurial flair.
