Join our client's team as a Technical Sales Manager to spearhead business development and drive growth in the undersea domain. You will play a critical role in shaping the company's sales strategy, working closely with engineering teams and industry leaders to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the defence sector, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product capabilities and translate them into compelling value propositions for clients.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain excellent communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including development partners and government representatives.

Skill Requirements. Essential:
- Proven experience in Technical Sales, preferably within the defence or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of underwater defence technology and its applications.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Technical proficiency to understand and articulate complex product features and benefits.
Desirable:
- Experience working with government defence departments and their supply chains.
- Knowledge of international defence markets and regulations.
- Background in engineering or a related technical field.
