About the Technical Service Coordinator Logistics Role

• The receipt and dispatch of inventory held at the Technical service site. Administer the Alcon Technical Services test equipment and spare part requirements. 
• Update and maintain the retrofit status of all Alcon systems and global reporting of the same
• Administration of Calibrated tool register (dispatch and receipt)
• Weekly Parts ordering, PAF generation and operations liaison
• Consignment of Service parts (ANZ)
• Return of service parts
• Creation of and administrative control of department SOP’s.
• Generation of monthly inventory and SAP and ServiceMax including KPI reports/presentations
• Telephone routing of the field force service calls
• Backup for the Contract and Applications role
• Understand and adhere to all Quality and ISO requirements

Skills and Experience

• 3 -5 Years Warehouse exposure
• Forklift Licence
• SAP system experience 
• High level of commitment to detail and accuracy
• Customer management skills
• Previous experience in a service dispatch environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
