We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aviation Technical Service Representativeto join our team.

Role Overview:

Join our dynamic customer support team as an Aviation Technical Service Representative, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of aviation systems and equipment for our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing technical assistance, resolving inquiries, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Duties:

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrate proficiency in PWC PT6A-27/-34 series engine systems and maintenance practices.
• Swiftly address customer inquiries, offering technical guidance and solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to implement resolutions.

Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Communicate technical information clearly and understandably.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Document customer interactions and solutions in a comprehensive manner.
• Provide regular reports on common technical issues and trends to help improve products and services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven technical support experience in the aviation sector.
• Comprehensive experience in Twin Otter series line and heavy maintenance.
• Profound understanding of aviation systems, equipment, and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with adept problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification preferred.

Some travel may be required for this role.
