The Opportunity:
We are on the search for an experienced Heavy Equipment tradesperson to support our customer's mine site within the Bowen Basin Region.
You’ll provide onsite and offsite technical support, key drivers are to eliminate technical issues and to assist with maximising equipment availability, reliability and productivity on Komatsu equipment primarily being Dozer product.
This role is not FIFO and will be based on the Mine Site with the flexibility to support other Komatsu customers when required.
Role Located: Emerald - Blackwater Region
Roster: Monda to Friday

What we are looking for:
- Relevant Heavy Equipment Trade or Engineering Qualification is mandatory
- Current Drivers licence
- High degree of mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Hold a broad based knowledge/working experience on Komatsu Dozers
- Must be able to write technical reports
- Excellent understanding and commitment to safety and the environment
- Ability to analyse and troubleshoot complicated hydraulic, mechanical and electrical technical problems and provide solutions
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic and electrical drawings
- An understanding of maintenance targets including availability, reliability, parts management and component life cycle management
- Well-developed written and oral skills including use of Microsoft Office
