Job Description Responsibilities will include: Drive individual and team goals aligned with MiTek Critical Strategies and the visionary MiTek 2030 mission. Cultivate lasting client relationships by delivering quality software support and Technical Services for truss, wall frame, and fabrication operations. Conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting, employing diagnostic techniques and insightful questions to address customer issues promptly. Collaborate seamlessly with product management and software development teams, channelling customer feedback to enhance internal procedures and ensure exceptional customer service.
