About the role
This Role is for a Supporting role for the Repair and Service of Reusable Medical Devices in the Medical Industry
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Services Assistant to join our team in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. As a Technical Services Assistant, you will be responsible for operating laser marking equipment and supporting various departments within the organization. You must have a good understanding of asset management principles, comply with policies and procedures, and help manage the Quality Management System. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential in this fast-paced environment.
- Operate laser marking equipment to accurately mark products according to specifications
- Assist engineering, workshop, and administration departments with technical support
- Uphold the company's Quality Management System by following established procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Manage time effectively to ensure tasks are completed within given deadlines
- Maintain an organized inventory of assets using asset management principles
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety protocols and procedures
Skills:
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with laser marking equipment or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong attention to detail for precise product markings
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Qualifications:
1. Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification desired.
2. Previous experience in a role within manufacturing or production is desirable.
3. Basic understanding of asset management principles.
4. Ability to comprehend policies, procedures, guidelines related to quality management systems.
5. Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
