Technical Services Manager

Parabellum International is currently seeking for an accomplished and experienced Technical Services Manager to lead our new division in partnership with Rosenbauer, driving market expansion, cultivating pivotal partnerships, and ensure unparalleled service delivery.

The Role:

As the Technical Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our partnership with Rosenbauer, overseeing vehicle projects including new builds, refurbishments, and service operations.

Based in our Canning Vale, WA, Head Office, you'll spearhead market expansion, foster key partnerships, and ensure unparalleled service delivery.

Lead a New Division: Take the helm in establishing and leading a new division, crafting bespoke vehicle projects and service operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Business Development: Drive market share growth and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Client Solutions Partner: Establish Parabellum International as the go-to industry partner for client emergency vehicle needs.
• Stakeholder Relations: Forge enduring relationships with key stakeholders.
• Project Management: Design, plan, and coordinate custom vehicle builds, overseeing production and supplier liaison.
• Maintenance Oversight: Manage vehicle maintenance and servicing operations.
• Proposal Management: Prepare and submit proposals and tenders, supported by our Business Development Coordinator.
• Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Industry Engagement: Represent Parabellum International at conferences and exhibitions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Services Manager to support sales and divisional goals.
• Client Engagement: Conduct site visits to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.

Skills, Experience & Qualification: 

• Previous experience, ideally 5+ years, in a similar position with a successful track record for achieving results.
• Previous experience in either Firefighting / Emergency Services (preferred).
• Previous experience in client relations / business development.
• Previous experience in managing custom project vehicle builds and refurbishment (preferred).
• Mechanical / trade experience and knowledge.
• Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• High level communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Autonomy to make decisions and solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively meet deadlines and successfully prioritise work.
• Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• A fun, energetic and hardworking approach.
• Current and valid Western Australian HR Driver's License.
