AddressOne of our clients has an Full-time opening for Technical SME in Sydney. The successful candidate will have a strong BTS deployment Technical and construction background. Project Management and work flow coordination of Technicians and Riggers. Experience on NBN Wireless is highly regarded.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Greenfield/Augment build experience.
• Liaise and co-ordinate all site activities with relevant parties to ensure timely and efficient site completion.
• Coordinating project estimates and quotations to facilitate the creation of client purchase orders
• Establish and maintain short/long range schedules and forecasts including all resources, material and personnel
• Create and adhere to budgets and participate in the planning and evaluation of overall performance.
• Manage key sub-contracting partners to improve delivery and business flexibility.
• Provide operational leadership to all field staff including Rigging and Technical resources.
• Ensure the safety of the worksite and all staff, third parties and members of the public.
• Strong focus and understanding of KPI's, client relationships and build standards.
• Manage daily activities and training of all Field Technicians and Riggers to ensure safety and work practices are optimised.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all completed project documentation by ensuring all job tracking and PM tools are updated.
Experience:
• Strong technical knowledge in Mobiles RF Installations and Greenfield Construction Builds.
• Proven history in Project Management on Telecommunication Projects.
• Demonstrated history of successful Project Deployment and Employee Management.
• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Practical Knowledge and Application of Quality and OHSE System
Ideally you would worked in the Wireless Telecommunications sector for a minimum of 5-10 years with at least 2 years in a similar role in Australia. No sponsorship is available for this role.
