The role is a Permanent position based in St Leonards, with the ability to WFH 1 day a week.

Key skills and experience
- Ideally 3+ Years experience as an Account Manager (or similar) within an IT company
- A background in technical,1st line support or a customer success manager is well regarded
- Ability to manage day to day operational outcomes through optimal workflow management
- Knowledge around Microsoft 365, Azure, Fortinet or Connectwise is highly regarded
- Exposure to the management of resources, service improvement, service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritise
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, with a "can-do" attitude who doesn't need to be micro-managed.
