The Opportunity

Power On is looking for a full-time Technical Solutions Support Engineer based in Salisbury, Brisbane, QLD.

Reporting to the Director, this role supports large-scale power quality projects through technical analysis, administrative assistance, and electrical comprehension.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of power quality projects and providing detailed reports and recommendations
  • Assisting in the development of Technical Solutions and comprehensive proposals
  • Supporting the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards
  • Managing and organising project documentation, including technical specifications, contracts, and progress reports
  • Coordinating internal team efforts to meet project milestones on time
  • Handling administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, and maintaining follow-up logs

We are a service-based business and our office is service-oriented, with hours of 8:30 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

You’ll be electrifying in this role because:

To qualify, you will need a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. While experience in the electrical or power solutions industry is highly valued, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the skills, personality, and work ethic necessary to succeed. 

New grads as well as experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and electrical schematics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
