With a focus on Photovoltaic (PV) Inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Power Conversion Systems (PCS), and BESS products, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects in the renewable energy space.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in pre-sales Technical Support, ensuring the successful implementation of PV Inverters and BESS solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass bidding support, technical document preparation, and fostering strong relationships with clients' technical teams. Additionally, you will actively participate in technical marketing activities, staying abreast of the latest technologies in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales Technical Support for PV Inverters and BESS products.
- Offer timely and exceptional customer support, maintaining robust relationships with clients' technical teams.
- Contribute to bidding support on large-scale PV, BESS, and hybrid projects.
- Prepare and review technical documents, supporting the commercial team in document review.
- Engage in technical marketing activities, presenting technologies and solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies related to the companies products.
- Conduct market analyses, including customer demand, feedback, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with local applicable standards.
Requirements:
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power System, Automation, or related Engineering field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five (2) years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of PV and BESS systems and renewable energy system designs.
- Solid knowledge of electrical principles.
- Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in Electrical Engineering, with a preference for experience in working with inverter manufacturers, large-scale project developers, and EPC.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in verbal and written Chinese communication skills preferred.
