About the Role
Following an internal promotion, we are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Consultant to join a team dedicated to supporting our clients Australia-wide. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, this is a technical position, where you will support ERP software with several web interfaces.
You will have the ability to work autonomously, provide solutions to customers, will have an excellent eye for detail, and enjoy learning.

What You Will Be Doing
As Support Consultant, you will:
- Diagnose customer issues and rectify them
- Take customer issues (phone and email) and manage them within our issue tracking software package
- Ensure any reported bugs can be replicated
- Follow SLAs as set by the business, and help to drive great customer satisfaction
- Build your product knowledge
- Update documentation and solution articles
- Stay abreast of best practices in customer support
- Identify and address issues and risks
What You Need to Have
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
- Experience in writing SQL
- A customer focus and strong understanding of the business context
- Ability to help drive ongoing improvements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative approach with good interpersonal skills
- An obvious and keen ability learn and ability to prioritise
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Well-developed influencing skills
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely when required
What It Would be Nice for You to Have
- Experience in dealer management or ERP systems
- Ability to train and transfer knowledge at a customer and internal level
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology a relevant business discipline
- Automotive dealership experience an advantage
