Salary: $77,416 - $90,120 p.a. plus 11% SuperPermanent/Full TimeAccess to Councils Variable Working HoursAbout the roleThis is a permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm position working 35 hours per week. This position is located at the Nowra Administration Building.The advertised salary is based on the grade of the position, comprising of 4 steps within the range shown. The starting salary is at Step 1 within the grade. Progression through the salary steps shall be based upon the achievement of performance objectives relating to the position.DutiesReporting directly to the IT Service Delivery Coordinator, the focus of this position is to:Provide IT Support Level 1 and Level 2 to Council staff through face to face, telephone, and remote management.Assist/escalate issues referred to Level 3 Technical Support.Contribute to the configuration, functionality, and improvement of the Support Desk Tools.Administer Council’s corporate computer system to satisfy user requirements.Maintain Active Directory User, Groups, and computer security and ensure file system integrity and security.Install, support, and administer computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and major application packages.Deliver services in compliance with established SLA’s.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:Diploma level qualifications in an Information Systems related discipline and/or 3 years minimum relevant industry experienceDemonstrated experience deploying computers, creating packaging, and deploying software, change management, and managing users and equipment in a large and complex networked environment.Current Class C Drivers licenceProof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa)Please refer to attached job description for further criteria.About Shoalhaven City CouncilShoalhaven City Council is a dynamic organisation serving a large and diverse community; limitless opportunity exists for an exciting and rewarding career.
