About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Work Package Planning Team Lead, the Technical Support Officer provides administrative, non-Technical Support to the Planning Department. This includes work pack administration, Unscheduled Corrective Maintenance (growth work) coordination and other administrative tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures in support of team commitments in a compliant and accurate manner.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term contract, position based in Osborne, SA.
Responsibilities
Printing of work packs iaw project schedule requirements
Ordering of controlled drawings as required for integration into work packs
Coordination and tracking of work packs in support of project “readiness” requirements
Close out (data entry) and scanning of work packs into corporate systems
Registration and coordination of Unscheduled Corrective Maintenance (UCM) and URDEF Growth tasks (where allocated).
General data entry or administrative tasks as directed by the Work Package Planning Team Lead or Work Package Planning Manager
About you
Previous experience with coordination of files, work packs or drawings in a maintenance environment
Proven experience in a team oriented, customer service environment
Ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Strong communication and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work accurately under pressure
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance and an ability to access protected US defence technology. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.
Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
