About the role
Reporting to the National Technical Training Manager, you will be responsible for design and delivery of Liebherr certified technical training curriculum to Liebherr employees and our customers, ensuring quality standards and statutory obligations are met and maintained.
Duties
- Face-to-Face and Virtual delivery of high-quality technical training on Liebherr mining equipment, including electrified and autonomous equipment
- Ensure own technical skills are current and adequately address future technology requirements
- Proactively seek out opportunities for internal and external customer training
- Reports prepared and distributed
- Co-ordination with internal customers to deliver required technical training
- Is a positive contributor to team projects and maintains focus on the business and customers outcomes
- Actively participate in quality audits and assessments
- Develop, maintain and update training programs and documents as required
- Travel for this job is essential
Essential skills and experience
- Certificate III Electrotechnology or equivalent trade certificate is essential.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or ability to obtain.
- Industry experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
- Experience working on Liebherr-Mining equipment, or comparable OEM equipment will be advantageous.
- Current Drivers licence
