The company is seeking a Quality Officer for our manufacturing plant. This role will report to the Quality Manager and is based at Moss Vale in NSW.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Routine quality testing of tank products to Australian Standards
- Welding assistance and training in water heater and tank manufacturing
- Tank cut-ups and sample preparation
- Mechanical trouble shooting
- First article inspections of incoming goods
- Product sampling, testing and reporting
- Conduct Internal Product & Process Audits
- Support Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, R&D with quality issues.
- Support our suppliers to deliver quality products via utilizing the SCAR process
- Participate in quality improvement projects
- Work in a safe manner following all company safety protocols.
- Effectively communicate via verbal, written and presentation means.
