Seeking a customer focused and self-motivated Technology Officers to work permanently within our Sunshine Coast Digital Partnership Team. You will work across different locations on the Sunshine Coast, to provide support across different technical domains such as – End User Computing, Servers and Network and Unified Communications.
The role:
As the Technology Officer you will undertake a range of IT duties working within procedures to provide timely level 2 technical support both remote and on-site, incident management and request fulfilment.

- End User Computing
- Servers
- Networks and Unified Communications

Key duties include:
- Configure/install/monitor/support/manage the ICT environments by applying sound technical expertise.
- Provide timely support to clients by conducting thorough investigation and diagnosis of incidents and providing remedial action to ensure agreed Service Levels are maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service by applying effective organisational and communication skills.
- Assist in meeting enterprise service levels by applying eHealth incident management processes.
Are you right for this role?
The ideal Technology Officer will demonstrate their ability to deliver high quality support to clients while at the same time manage their own workload, they will prioritise work tasks and be able to identify and resolve ICT related work problems within defined service level agreements.
An important part of this role is to develop good working relationships and to enhance provision of quality client service within a team environment. To do so the ideal candidates will demonstrate well developed interpersonal and communication skills which facilitate this.
Demonstrated experience or the ability to quickly learn ServiceNow and ITIL Service Management processes will be well regarded.
