The Technology Support Officer is responsible for assisting all staff within Council by providing support to users in available applications, including operating systems, network support and hardware trouble shooting. They will provide a high level of customer service to Council's internal and external clients on technology related matters. This position is part of a multi-skilled team and is required to be flexible and agile.
