Our client, a national commercial law firm, is seeking an experienced Technology Support Specialist to join their Sydney firm due to growth within the firm. This is a full-time position, overseeing all service desk related tasks and supporting the firm's general ICT services.
About the Role:
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the firm's IT infrastructure and systems.
- Resolve all incoming desktop, printing, or network scanning issues.
- Offer support to users across applications including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Operate across Microsoft Windows network including exchange email system and Cisco call manager.
- Troubleshoot all issues relating to video conferencing and audio issues as required.
About You:
- 2+ years of service desk support in either a professional services or law firm.
- Experience maintaining and resolving a high number of help desk inquiries and tickets.
- Excellent professional communication skills.
- Experience working across Windows desktops, MS Office 2016 Suite, and hardware including printers and laptops.
