TELEMARKETER
Great All Rounder Required!
A position has become available within our Reservations team based at our BILINGA office (opposite the Gold Coast airport)
As a Reservations TELEMARKETER/Consultant, you will be part of a small but dedicated team responsible for following up on our website enquiries with a focus on making bookings and providing quality customer service. NO COLD CALLING!
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Making outbound calls to customers who have made an online enquiry on our website to secure bookings.
- Providing quality customer service, providing any information that customers may require.
- Answering Inbound phones calls
- Occasional face to face customer service on counter facilitating car rentals as required.
Successful applicants will have:
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self motivated/persistent attitude.
- Sales mentality.
- Intermediate computer skills a must!
- Previous experience and success with outbound telemarketing or appointment setting IS A MUST!
- Drivers License
