The Role:
Is an extremely busy role that will work across the below main functions
- Lease Administration
- Adherence to legal legislation including insurances
- Capex projects - major project in the pipeline
- Reporting/working with the finance team
- Maintaining tenant relationships
- Arrears management
- Building services
- Tenant services
The Candidate:
- Tertiary Qualification preferred or alternative industry-recognized course preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in Commercial or Retail property
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Accomplished stakeholder skills
- Strong computer acumen
- Desire to succeed
- Team player
