This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join the most innovative and dynamic agency in the Sutherland Shire in a temp position with the potential to go perm! This is a highly skilled team that specialise in what they do best – kicking goals! With a fantastic team culture filled with integrity and enthusiasm, this is a constantly evolving team that remain at the forefront of the industry.You will be efficient, precise and attentive. Monday – Friday, your day to day duties will include:
- Manage a portfolio
- Liaise with both landlords and tenants
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Liaising with tenants
- Conduct rental reviews & lease renewals
- Periodical Inspections
- Previous Property Management experience
- Certificate of Registration, your own car and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Great presentational skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
- Looking to take the next step up in their career!
