This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a fun and vibrant team on a temporary assignment. Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Our clients are a family-owned agency located in the Double Bay area and have a strong reputation in Sydney and the Eastern suburbs. They pride themselves on a genuine commitment to providing excellent services and honest and reliable relationships.
The Role:
- Manage a clean and tidy portfolio of 300 properties
- Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
- Conduct outgoing inspections
- Maintain rental arrears
- NCAT representation when required
- Liaise with owners & tenants on a daily basis
The Person:
- Well-groomed with an outgoing and friendly personality
- Ideally lives locally and minimum 2 years' Property Management experience
- A strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Organised and be able to work unsupervised
- Strong communication skills and prepared to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience using PropertyMe is preferred
- Hold a current certificate of registration or license
