Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Temp to Perm opportunity - $35-38ph + super depending on experience.
Temp Talent is working with a real estate agency located in the Eastern suburbs and they are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis to assist during a busy period. The role has the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. This office prides themselves on achieving outstanding results.
The role:
A Monday to Friday Sales and Marketing Coordinator position with a real estate agency based in the Eastern suburbs. You will be supporting Sales Agents and the wider team with their administrative needs. This role will see you responsible for:

• Assisting with the preparation and processing of sales contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Facilitating the transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring all parties meet deadlines and requirements. Coordinating inspections, appraisals, and liaising with clients and agents.
• Updating real estate listings, including entering new property listings, updating property information, and organising client information.
• Providing marketing support, creation and distribution of marketing materials and assisting with advertising campaigns.

Experience required:

• Previous experience working in a Real Estate office in a similar role is ESSENTIAL!
• Prior experience with VaultRE and Google suite is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and professional demeanour.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with strong problem-solving skills.
