You genuinely care about providing exceptional service to our customers, clients and staff members.?We're looking for an experienced and talented National Tender Manager to join our Commercial team.As the National Tender Manager, you will be responsible for managing all tender responses and ensuring that we submit a creative and commercially compelling tender response within the specified timeframes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information and coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare winning proposals.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and to be part of a dynamic team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify opportunities for tender proposals
• Register and monitor tender websites
• Work with Business Development Team to co-ordinate and prepare bid responses to client specifications
• Manage CRM to extract meaningful insights and prepare reports on key verticals and geographies
• Write and produce proposal documents ensuring strong brand compliance
• Create document covers, dividers, diagrams, tables and graphs in line with our branding
• Review proposal documents including editing, grammar and spelling prior to submission
• Co-ordinate business development proposals / responses and ensure internal review and submission deadlines are met.
• Create and manage tender content library to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare presentations and content

• Minimum 3 years qualifications experience in content, tender and proposal writing
• Experience in commercial property will be well regarded
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills -
• Outstanding written skills including the ability to write convincing and customer focused content
• must have expert level Microsoft office and SharePoint skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment -
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills -
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
