About the Role
We’re currently looking for a Contracts and Tender Manager to join our team in Abbotsford. In this role you will be responsible for the end-end coordination of tender submissions.
Your role will be varied and will include:
- Lead, co-ordinate and effectively manage tender submissions
- Review the tender documentation and communicate aspects of the tender to the respective internal teams
- Collaborate internally to understand the risk of non-compliance and review compliance options
- Communicate the impact of non-compliance to the business and recommend the preferred approach
- Manage contract requirements and supplier relationships with relevant procurement personnel from government
To be successful in the role, you will ideally have worked in contract management or tender submission within the pharmaceutical or broader healthcare industry.
You’ll also have:
- a Degree (Business, Law or Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or similar)
- an understanding of tender processes
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
