AddressGCA Tennis is currently searching for someone who is interested in sport administration and customer service work at a tennis club on the Gold Coast.
Your role will be
- Assisting with customer inquiries through email, phone calls, or walk in's,
- Organizing tennis coaching and competition programs,
- Managing account payments & receivables,
- Receiving & controlling stock,
- Assisting with marketing & advertising strategies,
- Keeping the office and clubhouse clean & presentable for customers,
- Communicating the clients needs with coaches and admin teams,
- Integrating with Regional, State & National programs and initiatives,
- Grant & funding applications.
We're looking for someone who has good customer service skills, enthusiasm, presentable, maturity and a willingness to learn. Even though we are looking for an administration employee, we require the accepted applicant to have basic knowledge about tennis. Experience with Microsoft Office, point of sale operations and cash handling is a bonus.
