As part of the Queensland Spine team, you’ll work closely with the broader team to ensure the growth and ongoing success of the business by developing procedural and clinical product knowledge to support, advise and train medical and nursing team members. Your aim will be to achieve optimal outcome for their patients and aggressively drive revenue. Enjoy a culture of inclusivity where you will be well supported and rewarded for your performance.
You'll be responsible for:
- Achieving sales targets by promoting and selling a Spine portfolio to Orthopaedic and Neurosurgeons in your territory.
- Growing and maintaining strong relationships with surgeons and key decision-makers by providing exceptional customer service, case coverage and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to effectively manage the assigned territory and maximise revenue
- Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the company's products.
- Territory analysis and reporting.
- Strong relationship skills, enjoy prospecting for new business and closing the sale.
- A strong work ethic and very self-motivated
- Desire to become an integral part of team that lives these same values.
- At least 3-5 years sales experience in the medical device industry and in a clinical environment. Experience in implant sales is preferred.
- A tertiary education in a related medical field such as Bachelor of Science (anatomy), Allied health, Nursing, Biomedical engineering or similar.
