With the story and passion of our founder Frank Caruso as the foundation of everything that we do, we are looking for a Territory Manager to service NSW Central Coast on a full-time basis.
About the role…
Reporting into the National Field Sales Manager, you will work with Pharmacists, Naturopaths and Category Buyers to promote our products. This will include establishing and managing new and existing stakeholder relationships, and presenting product information and using sales experience to achieve revenue targets.
What you will do….
- Represent the Caruso’s Natural Health business and story promoting all ranges and lines when out in field
- Develop new and maintain existing relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Implement effective sales strategies that support the customer needs and business objectives
- Effectively manage contact and call cycles with all accounts within the region
- Efficiently maintain turnover sales, administering and processing all orders whilst working to and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual budgets
- Detail and promote marketing campaigns and opportunities
- Merchandise in store according to planogram and Shelf Management System to maximise brand awareness
- Maintenance and utilization of company sales tools to assist in achieving sales
- Deliver a high level of education and training to retail partners to assist them in promoting and recommending Caruso’s brand in store
- To identify all key players within the region for partnership and growth

To be successful in this role, you need to:
Have experience in a similar role in Pharmacy Sales or relevant experience within a like business, ideally Pharmacy or Health Food channel.
- Proven experience developing and managing relationships
- A genuine interest in implementing effective sales strategies that support the customer needs and business outcomes
- Adept use of CRM and ordering systems, MS office
- Work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment towards goal achievement
- Ability to travel and stay overnight in remote regional territory up to 4 nights per month
