Responsibilities:
- Strategically promote and sell Stryker CMF products to meet our customers' needs
- Support our customers and become a product expert to provide clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting
- Plan your territory and track your progress, proactively communicating your findings with your Regional Manager
- Solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking
- Be present in the operating theatre to assist Surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of Stryker products
- Maintain and manage your inventory of products
Successful candidates will have:
- A passion for sales, relationship building and the healthcare/medical industry
- Previous sales experience required; ideally within the healthcare industry although not essential
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships in a sales capacity
- Self-starter, someone who can work with autonomy and thrives on a challenge
- Highly organised and demonstrated ability to manage a busy schedule and competing priorities
- A passion for learning and self development
