Territory Manager, Critical Care And Cardiopulmonary - Nsw South And Act

Based in Sydney and reporting to the National Sales Manager, Acute Care Therapies ANZ, we are looking for a Territory Manager who will be responsible for Acute Care Therapies (ACT) sales, account management, and business development within NSW South, and ACT.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying new sales opportunities, drive sales growth and execute sales plans within the territory, to achieve quarterly and annual sales budget
• Creating territory sales and inventory forecasts with the goal to allow accurate planning
• Providing clinical case support and in-service education to customers, supporting all ACT products
• Managing customer accounts within the territory, including new product applications, new and existing inventory, case inventory, education needs, and the ordering process.
• Developing and maintaining key customer relationships within your territory

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing or related Science field
• Strong ability to plan and manage territory at both the strategic and operational levels
• Robust impact and presence, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and influence people
• Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive-level customers and partners.
• Solid commercial awareness with the ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Flexible attitude and ability to multitask and prioritize different activities is necessary
• Previous relationships with Acute Care specialists in a hospital setting - highly desired
• Willing and able to travel when required
