We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join our Victoria Neurosurgical team.
Your role will involve:
- Strategically promote and sell Stryker’s Neurosurgery portfolio products to meet our customers’ needs

- Conducting sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus and education
- You being present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of Stryker products, and provide technical expertise to registrars, nurses and other personnel as required
- You building strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities, and will provide added value to our customers through your product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- A passion for sales, relationship building and the medical/healthcare industry
- Previous sales experience required; ideally within the healthcare/medical industry although not essential
- A strong track record in sales performance and achievement
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships with customers across all levels of seniority
- A drive to succeed combined with your love of the ‘thrill of the chase’ will ensure your success in this role.
