As a result of this continued growth, we are moving to a new state of the art and modern premises in Yennora in 2025. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Territory Manager (Laparoscopic), located in Brisbane QLD.
The role is a member of the Surgical Solutions sales team, who will manage and build key customer relationships, with surgeons, nurses, and other clinicians, by promoting products, servicing key accounts, within the hospital environment, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Reporting to the Division Manager you will be responsible for:
- Develop key relationships with decision-makers, KOL’s, influencers and contract authorities to the extent of positively influencing the contract success rate
- Keep track of all upcoming tenders and contracts that Multigate (Surgical Solutions) are not currently listed on and register the information in the contracts section of the CRM or via HOS;
- Assist the Division Manager & Contract department in the preparation and submission of tenders by completing the sections within the tender in accordance with the SOP;
- Actively manage your territory sales plan and ensure accurate recording of all related data
- Actively manage the sales pipeline to have consistent opportunities in all stages that will deliver over sales goals results
About You
- Proven experience in delivering consistent sales results in high value accounts in a Hospital Environment
- Ideally a sound knowledge of operating room, laparoscopic procedures and surgical instrumentation
- Ability to generate new business
- Experience working in a structured environment with detailed sales planning and activity management
- Professional selling skills ideally attending professional training in consultative selling
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Experience within Surgical Sales (Preferably Laparoscopic)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proven capability to effectively achieve sales targets and drive long term business objectives, in public and private sector.
- Experience with building and or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs.
- A tertiary qualification, preferably within the faculty of Medicine, Health or Human Sciences.
