The TM position will form part of the sales division at this leading business and will report directly to the National Sales Manager.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing team, other cross-functional teams (when required), and appointed distributors (when required) to promote and sell these products to surgeons, specialists, medical professionals, and healthcare facilities.
The role is integral to the development of this portfolio of products and in exploring new markets and opportunities in the designated territory. You will work with the sales management team to develop and initiate sales activities to build a pipeline of business opportunities that will facilitate and sustain long term sales growth within your territories.
Key duties and responsibilities:
• Work with sales management team to form the strategic direction for each product line in the respective territories. Once approved by senior management, implement these strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration with the goal of widening market share. This will require a deep understanding of the respective territories including public/private/work cover ecosystems, surgical procedures, competitive landscape analysis as well as require exceptional internal/external communication and analytical skills.
• Asist in the establishment of a KOL network in territory for all product lines.

Experience
