Territory Sales Manager - Vegetation Management

Macspred Australia is a leader in the business of non-crop weed solutions, providing solutions for Vegetation Management in forestry, roads, rail, utilities, infrastructure and aquatic areas. The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, Macspred, The Territory Sales Manager will represent the company in Vegetation Management and Aquatic Weed control serving the non-crop markets in NSW and WA. This involves executing company annual business targets for the Syngenta Macspred business, building distributor and end user relationships through planning, workshops, seminars, field days, and commercial demonstrations. While providing outstanding customer service, this role will deliver technical support and commercial presentations to customers through a strong collaborative relationship with colleagues in the organisation.

The Person:

We are keen to hear from you if you possess:

• At least 5 years proven Sales experience and working knowledge of territory or area management gained from any industry
• Previous experience in non-crop markets such as Road, Rail, Council/Shires , forestry and Aquatic Vegetation Management
• Authentic relationship and customer management skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• A thirst for learning and willingness to take on new challenges
• Technical knowledge of crop protection products
• Capability to use Salesforce as the CRM system
• Confidence in delivering presentations and the ability to support digital content

To be successful in this home-based role, you will be organised with the ability to work autonomously. There is a requirement to manage an agenda for extensive travel to meet with customers or internal staff.
